The British 24 HOUR RATION was introduced after the invasion of North Africa and replaced the previous assault ration of the British Army the Mess Tin Ration (48 Hour), which was find too heavy and bulky (almost everything in this ration was in cans/tins) for the nutritional value it has provided to the soldiers, thus the Army has started developing a new, lightweight and nutritionally high effective ration – the result was the 24 HOUR RATION, which we have reproduced for you lads!

Our ration follows the specifications of the original thing, with a few amendments to make it more “store-able” – it means we have sealed the biscuits in transparent cellophane for example.
