The German M43 field cap was introduced in 1943 as a practical and versatile piece of headgear for Wehrmacht troops. Made from wool in blue-grey tones, it featured a fold-down design for added warmth and protection. Combining functionality with a distinctive shape, the M43 became one of the most recognizable items of German military uniform during the later years of World War II.
Blaugrau wool cap model 43 with two buttons. Interior is marked with size stamp. Insignia and size is customizable. Please use same marking as for helmet liners (52-62) as for head circumference.
