Nice design of WW1 battery dedicated for field phones, e.g. Feldfernsprecher 16. made with measurements to fit also WW2 Feldfernsprecher. This version contains adapter for 1,5V D-battery, so you can switch it anytime.
Battery contains top shelf that can be pulled out with the adapter connected by wires. Central pin is plus (+), side cable is minus (-).
